Park across from the SHAC in the Fargodome lot. Enter the north doors to the SHAC.

$125 per ticket | $1000 per table (seats 8 people)

Attire

Green and gold tie (a formal event, but do it in Bison colors)

Meal Choices

8 oz New York Strip Filet crowned with green and yellow compound butter served alongside lemon pancetta whipped potatoes and vibrant green and gold green beans

Stuffed Chicken Breast, artfully prepared with prosciutto, creamy provolone cheese, spinach, and drizzled with a luxurious Alouette cheese sauce. Served atop a bed of vegetable-blended couscous.

Tuscan Spaghetti Squash and Curry Jackfruit paired with vegetable-blended couscous.
